In-house First Aid Training Courses

Based in Norfolk, our trainers deliver courses across a large area of the UK, as you can see from the map.

Courses can be arranged at your own premises – please contact us to check that you have suitable facilities, as we will require space for the training sessions and the assessments (where applicable). This can be a very cost-effective and practical way to train groups of colleagues, with the advantage of the opportunity to consider situations which may be specific to your working environment. If you do not have enough employees to make up a group for in-house training, our open First Aid courses held at various locations near Norwich, might be suitable for you.

All of our team are very experienced and sympathetic First Aid trainers. People who have attended our courses say that our combination of theoretical training and practical sessions give them the confidence to use their skills to help others.

Whatever your needs, we can provide first aid training for you. Have a look at our course list – if you don’t see what you need there, contact us to discuss your requirements and we’ll create something to suit your needs.

We are also approved by SMP (Service Medical Professionals), which is a voluntary accreditation scheme that has carried out the “due diligence” that employers have to undertake if the first aid course is not Ofqual registered.

You get the same high quality first aid course, whichever certification you choose. The difference is that the Ofqual course is registered through Qualsafe awards and they issue the certificates. This involves us in extra costs, so we have to pass this on. It is currently £10 per certificate for the First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work requalification, and £5 per certificate for any other registered course.

However, if you choose to have First Aid Training Associates certificates, we do not need to make this additional charge.

This course (presentation and content) was far superior to my last course with a large national organisation. Excellent!
Just wanted to give a little feedback on the Emergency First Aid at Work Course I attended last Friday. It was by far the most informative first aid course I have attended and I thought Simone was excellent, keeping everyone engaged for the whole day.
An excellent course and trainer. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He answered every question thoroughly, giving accurate guidance on how to deal with every scenario. I will be using the company again, very soon. Thanks!
I found the course very useful and engaging. It helped to have all the equipment available for practical use. Our trainer made the class comfortable and welcoming. At no point did I feel pressured or out of my comfort zone. A very nice environment to learn in. Thank you!
The trainer was very engaging. It was clear he knew the science behind why things were done, not just “because”. He was always happy to answer any questions on the subject. His management was also impressive when it came to the less co-operative members of the group. The topic was clear and concise with information suitable to all work places, including domestic and public.
Very good content and well delivered by experienced and skilful trainer. I am now aware and confident to deliver first aid.
I really enjoyed it. The knowledge of the trainer was good and he added in more science than other people have, so it wasn’t boring as I understood it and learnt more things.
I found this training a lot better than first aid training I’ve been to before. Not only was I having a first aid course, but it also felt a bit like a biology session too, which was good. I can’t think of any ways to improve it, as it was very interesting.
